I’m glad that I spoke with him, he was definitely someone who was not only very personable, but gave me direct and honest opinions in regard to answers I was seeking in regards to my current representation. Dustin had high integrity and care into our particular needs. He gave us really good questions that we had never thought of before, and this helped us to feel more secure with our will, but also with the consideration and genuineness of his care. Dustin Koth's name was recommended to us so we called the firm he was associated with and scheduled a meeting. We went over the material we had and determined there were several items that needed to be added and others updated. We went ahead and hired Koth Gregory & Nieminski to update our will, trust, power of attorney and living will. I am glad we chose them. After reviewing the draft copy and final signing it was apparent to us how much we were missing and how much of a hassle it would have been for our children. My lawyer was Kristin Nieminski. I am very satisfied with the results of both cases. In the second case, Kristin was able to have me removed as a co-defendant at the very first hearing and then prepared me well to testify after I was subpoenaed in the same case. In the divorce case I was anxious to have it finalized quickly, and Kristin provided solid advice, and was able to conclude the legalities of the divorce in a very timely manner to my satisfaction and at minimal cost.Posted on Google

Will Butterfield1092 days agoAttorney Nieminski was very professional and helpful helping me navigate a tricky divorce case. Ultimately my wife had been duped and taken advantage of by another (dirty) attorneys office. Opposing counsel kept filing bogus motions, certificates, and appearances against me, despite my wife communicating to them repeatedly to stop. One of these filings was claiming I was a danger to my own children. Opposing counsel had multiple court hearings and false filings against me over the course of 7 months without me ever even being served, nor even stepping foot in a courtroom. Attorney Nieminski had informed me that she'd never seen such bizarre filings in a family law case, and I was happy that when things got very strange and borderline illegal, Bill Gregory was able to consult and lend assistance with attorney Nieminski on my case, working as a team to put 2 and 2 together that some of these filings (available for me to view on the mclean Co public access website), we're sick bait tactics to bait me into stepping foot into court because opposing counsel had never served me. Ultimately my marriage was reconciled and my case was dismissed, but I'm very thankful to have landed myself in the right office with the right people for the job. I say that because when things did get very tricky and confusing it was very helpful to have a power house of 2 named partners working together on my case, not lower-ranked, inexperienced attorneys and paralegals passing me around the office like opposing counsel had done to dupe my wife. Whether it's family law, business or estate planning, whatever it may be, if I ever need legal help again I will definitely be returning to this office. Jonah Lange1546 days agoMy wife & I used Koth, Gregory & Nieminski for our Wills and healthcare directives recently and had a great experience. We're both in our 30's and have 3 kids who are 4, 9, and 12. I've known I've needed a Will since my first kid was born because that's the responsible thing to do when you have kids, but honestly we're not really wealthy and thinking about dying before your kids are 18 is depressing, so I've been putting it off. Dustin Koth made this whole process super easy for us and I was surprised with how fast we we able to get our wills and healthcare directives done. Mr. Koth really helped me understand why it was important to have a Will even if we didn't have a lot of assets, and with how friendly and helpful everyone at their office was, it was a very relaxed experience. You can really tell that the attorneys and staff here really care about their clients, even if they aren't the ones coming in with a ton of money. They were even amazing at tolerating my 4 year old who I had to drag with me and was less than quiet, so I appreciate their office being family friendly too. Ronald Brewer1720 days agoI typically do not share my experiences with the world but I believe that Koth and Gregory deserve recognition. Doug Koth never gave up he never accepted an answer that was not first passed by me first. He provided me with the pros and cons of all answers from the other side. I have never worked with such a professional individual. He listened, he made time for me and he always had a kind word. Doug also has a great sense of humor which immediately put me to ease. Then his legal knowledge and his objectivity were presented. What great lawyer! Every great lawyer has a great team. His office was kind, considerate, professional and always took great care of my needs. They were very responsive as well, as a matter of fact I spoke with Doug when he was on vacation about my case. He is not only a great lawyer but a great all around person. I cannot thank the entire team enough, they stuck by me through what seemed like an eternity. Beyond Doug's wildest imagination allowing me to vent was very therapeutic! When I felt the worst they made me feel good about my case. I never felt out of the loop nor alone.
